Timely, accurate and detailed entry and reporting of time charges for multiple employees working on multiple projects at multiple hourly rates in multiple locations is problematic for a company that sells hours. Preliminary to the collection and analysis of time charges is the creation of employees via the screen below. Passwords should be issued to employees if they are responsible for entering time charges for themselves and/or for others.
Once customers, projects and employees records are created, you are ready to enter time charges: Administrators may enter charges for any employee. Non-administrators can only enter time charges for themselves.
